
Check-in:
All passengers are required to check in 1 1/2 hours prior to scheduled departure
time. Flights will close 15 minutes prior to departure. Craig Air Center
reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who does not arrive before
the flight is closed.
Identification Requirements for
US Citizens:
A valid passport is required for travel and is the only acceptable form of
identification. Non U.S. Citizens, with the exception of Canada, will also be
required to have a visa.
Cancellation Policy:
Passengers may cancel their reservations at any time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, however,
a credit in the amount of the purchase price will be held for a period of one year from date of original purchase
to be applied against a future flight. Changes to an existing reservation are subject to a $25 change fee per individual ticket.
Change fee must be paid by credit card at the time of reservation change.
Hazardous Materials:
We will not carry hazardous materials of any kind.
Passengers with disabilities:
Craig Air Center is in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and
will accommodate passengers with disabilities. We do require
that any disabled passenger be accompanied by an Able Bodied Person that will be
able to assist the disabled passenger in the event of an emergency.
Wheelchairs are accepted (collapsible preferred) and will be stored in
the cargo compartment during the flight. These will not count
as part of the baggage allowance.
Baggage:
It will be necessary to restrict your luggage to 40 pounds per person; any
additional baggage will be charged at $1 per pound. Excessive baggage is subject
to weight and space availability. We suggest that you pack your items in the
soft style carry-on type bags or duffle bags. All coolers should be
limited to 50 quart capacity. Carry on baggage must be able to fit under
the seat. This carry on baggage is limited to dimensions of 15” wide X 12”
high X 14” deep. If the carry on baggage exceeds these dimensions then it
will be deemed checked baggage and placed in the cargo compartment.
Fishing and Diving Gear:
All fishing and diving gear will be included in your baggage weight.
All scuba tanks must be unpressurized.
Surfboards:
Passengers may carry surfboards, if space is available, for a charge of $40.00
each way.
Bahamas Animal Import Requirements:
All animals traveling on Craig Air Center's Bahamian flights
must have a kennel. All animals must fly in and out of the Saint Augustine
Airport. No animals allowed out of Jacksonville International Airport.
Dogs under 10 pounds may sit on your lap, provided you also have a soft-sided
carrier small enough to fit under the seat. No birds or reptiles are
allowed.
A permit is required for all animals being brought into the Bahamas.

The following are the requirements of the permit as it applies to
dogs and cats:
1. The animal must be 6 months of age or older.
2. The animal must be accompanied by a valid certificate which proves:
One year rabies vaccine--that is has been vaccinated against
rabies within one month ( not less than) and not more than 10 months prior to importation
Three year vaccine—Between one month and 34
months
3. The animal must be accompanied by a Veterinary Health Certificate
Airfare for Animals: up to 10 pounds: none 11-25 pounds: $30.00 26-40
pounds: $40.00 40 pounds and over: $1 per pound
Taxes and Fees:
All United States and
Bahaman Taxes are included in your
ticket price. All required Bahaman and United States customs
forms will be provided to you onboard the aircraft.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with US
