Craig Air Center-MyJet supporting the children in our communities
On April 9, 2011, Craig Air Center-MyJet sponsored and hosted the first annual fundraising event to benefit United Way’s High School Dropout Prevention Initiative. Exotic cars and private aircraft were on display, like the new Tesla electric sports car, Ferrari 599, Mercedes McLaren SLR, 1933 Packard, the Ferrari Testarossa used on "Miami Vice.", the luxurious Falcon 50, the Learjet 35, the Sikorsky S-76 Helicopter, and many more. This elegant affair featured a lavish display of food and spirits, presented by Ruth’s Chris, a live band and a live and silent auction to benefit the School Dropout Prevention Initiative. Prizes featured a golf weekend via the Sikorsky helicopter, a fishing trip to the Bahamas’ famed Marsh Harbor, and a few other private charter vacation packages.
Craig Air Center-MyJet is a proud member of the Jacksonville family, and will continue supporting programs to help provide education for children in our community.
